Pre-K Counts
The Owl Hill Learning Centers partner with the Lampeter-Strasburg School District to offer a Pre-K Counts program. This program is open to children who will be four years of age on or before August 31 in families at not more than 300% above the poverty level. Students attend the program for 5.5 hours each day (8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.) following the L-S district calendar. Materials and lunch are provided at no cost to families. Transportation is the responsibility of the family. No busing is offered for this program.
